What was going to be a very frustrated 1-star review completely changed thanks to Joscelyn at the front desk. After my original appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was out, I arrived today only to be told my referral wasn’t on file. Having been a patient here for years, I was extremely frustrated and made my feelings known.Joscelyn handled the situation exceptionally well. She remained professional, didn’t get defensive or dismiss my concerns, and took the initiative to find a solution that allowed me to keep my appointment. I want to express my deepest gratitude and to enthusiastically recommend Dr Srujal Patel/HEART ONE ASSOCIATES. We found exceptional patient centered medical care. My father was under the care of another cardiology practice for many years but over time we noticed a significant decline in the level of service. We are Happy we made the change to Heart One Associates. From the front office staff to the thoroughness of the provider we are incredibly happy with the care my father is receiving here. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr Srujal Patel after a MRI revealed I have had six mini strokes. I couldn’t have gotten any luckier than to have been referred to Dr S Patel. He is patient, kind, a good listener and never makes you feel hurried. At one point I was hospitalized because of my blood pressure being 210/95 and he had his office call me and made sure I was seen by him the day after being discharged. He is the reason my blood pressure is now stabilized and he continues to work with my insurance company to make sure I get the care and equipment I need to hopefully prevent any more strokes.
