What was going to be a very frustrated 1-star review completely changed thanks to Joscelyn at the front desk. After my original appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was out, I arrived today only to be told my referral wasn’t on file. Having been a patient here for years, I was extremely frustrated and made my feelings known.Joscelyn handled the situation exceptionally well. She remained professional, didn’t get defensive or dismiss my concerns, and took the initiative to find a solution that allowed me to keep my appointment. I want to express my deepest gratitude and to enthusiastically recommend Dr Srujal Patel/HEART ONE ASSOCIATES. We found exceptional patient centered medical care. My father was under the care of another cardiology practice for many years but over time we noticed a significant decline in the level of service.
