What was going to be a very frustrated 1-star review completely changed thanks to Joscelyn at the front desk. After my original appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was out, I arrived today only to be told my referral wasn’t on file. Having been a patient here for years, I was extremely frustrated and made my feelings known.Joscelyn handled the situation exceptionally well. She remained professional, didn’t get defensive or dismiss my concerns, and took the initiative to find a solution that allowed me to keep my appointment. I want to express my deepest gratitude and to enthusiastically recommend Dr Srujal Patel/HEART ONE ASSOCIATES. We found exceptional patient centered medical care. My father was under the care of another cardiology practice for many years but over time we noticed a significant decline in the level of service. We are Happy we made the change to Heart One Associates. From the front office staff to the thoroughness of the provider we are incredibly happy with the care my father is receiving here.
